How the figures are calculated

Lessons held are dated sessions that have ended, excluding cancelled lessons. They are not counts of class types.
Students attended means different people with present or late marks. Attendances counts their individual visits. Missing, excused and absent marks are not attended visits.
Total income is captured money, not outstanding invoices or booking prices. Membership and other received payments are included.
After refunds and fees = captured receipts − refunds − recorded platform and processing fees + returned fees. It is not profit or a bank balance.
Missing fees remain unknown, not zero. A fully refunded receipt can still have retained fees.
Money follows the original invoice date and current cumulative amounts. Real movement-date reports require the connected payment event history.
